Hey guys,
Our housemate is moving to Brisbane so we are looking for a new person to join our CBD house!!
This is a relaxed, social house share. We often have friends over and love using the garden for BBQs or just hanging out among the plants. The house has a really good vibe and we get along well, so we are looking for someone who will suit that energy.
We are tidy but not strict. Everyone just chips in when they can. The house is a bit rough around the edges but full of character, with stained glass features, a beautiful garden and an amazing central location. We have also been slowly updating furniture as we go.
Location📍
Right in the CBD, walking distance to Central Market and Chinatown, with heaps of public transport nearby. The Prince Albert is across the road as our lovely local pub, and Hindley Street is about a 15 to 20 minute walk.
The Room
Large bedroom with the option to be furnished. There is also extra furniture in the garage from past housemates if needed. Photos of the room coming soon.
We often have friends over on weekends but are always respectful of noise and each other. There is plenty of space inside and outside for entertaining or relaxing.
What We Are Looking For
Ideally someone around a similar age who is social, easygoing and looking for a longer term place. We can be flexible with move in date. No couples unfortunately.
