This is a family home that is transitioning into a small, premium shared household.
There is currently a male full time nursing student who lives downstairs from the main area and will remain living in the home.
The home suits overseas students, particularly those who value aesthetic, creativity, and lifestyle, and who want to live close to Chinatown and the city’s cultural heart. This is not a budget share house. It is an art-filled, carefully curated home with a particular look and feel.
There are two friendly cats who will remain in the home and are cared for by the nursing student. Students who love cats are very welcome, and bringing a cat may be considered, subject to council limits (maximum of three cats per household).
We are mindful that relocating to a new city or country can feel isolating. This home is intended to be welcoming, respectful, and community-minded, while still allowing everyone their privacy and independence.
