About the property
This lovely two-storey house is in a perfect central location on a quiet street. The house has updated bathroom, kitchen and carpets. The main feature we love about this house is the gigantic rooms!
The room available will be on the second storey and is a whopping 3.85mx4.2m! This room is unfurnished to decorate just as you like, but the rest of the house is furnished so no need to worry about that
Our lease starts on the 27/2 and we won't be able to get the keys until this date so inspections and meet and greets at the house itself will have to wait until after this time. If you are keen, please feel free to message us and we can do a meet and greet at our current property to see if we get along, and you are comfortable with the fur-babies. It will also give you a glimpse of what the house would look like in terms of furnishings and general decor/atmosphere.
We are looking for a friendly and respectable housemate who adores animals and will treat my babies as your own. Please note - we are not looking to add to the pet family unfortunately so if you have pets, this may not be the property for you.

About the flatmates
You will be living with myself and Shuri, as well as two furbabies - Millie (an indoor-only very shy but sweet kitty) and Maeve (greyhound x who is extremely sociable and just loves attention and play time). There are also two resident goldfish named Bobble and Goldie who reside quietly in their tank.
Shuri is a full-time vet student, working part-time as an ECC vet nurse. In her free time she generally just trying to recover from uni and work but love to have a chat and occasional trip to the local pub for a game of pool and a beer or two. She’s a big indoor plant girly, so expect many plants within the house!
Dimitrios is a full-time advanced science student aiming for a phd after his degree. He is laidback and enjoys to cook up a storm in the kitchen with a whole range of cool cuisine! He also has his own microscope and enjoys to look at random samples if ever you want to join in and have a look!
We are looking for a friendly and respectable housemate who takes pride on maintaining a comfortable, clean house. Our interests are broad but we love anything with a splash of science, plants or art/craft!
