I'm looking for a housemate who is very clean, tidy and respectful of other housemates. This is definitely not a party house. Although absolutely fine to have friends/ partner over for a bbq or spar day and a few cheeky beers etc. Hoping to create a social atmosphere within the house, but if a housemate requires alone time, that will be respected to and there is plenty of room to do so. I do have a set of house rules that is required to sign before moving in. This is just to ensure everyone understands what is expected of each other, so everyone can live together in a happy environment. It's very important to me that I find the right housemates who all gel well together. I'm trying to find a good balance of male and female in the house, to create the best possible atmosphere.
I have the upstairs to myself which is a self contained studio. So even though the downstairs is a shared space. 95% of the time you will have the kitchen and lounge down there to yourselves. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, which will sharing the same bathroom.

About the flatmates
I'm looking to have another awesome housemate join us in this beautiful house. I'm the owner of the property and live in the upstairs of the house. I used to work as a diving instructor but now I work 2 on and off in the commercial maritime industry. I'm super chill and easy to get along with. I spend my time at the spear fishing, riding my motorbike, diving, keeping fit and socalising.
I like to be social with housemates, whether it's cooking dinner, boardgames, bbq or a few drinks on the weekend. I'm also very respectful of other housemates space. Luckily there is plenty of room for some alone time if thats what you want.
We also have a little dog called Pippin, so a dog lover is preferred :)
