About the property
The home is warm, comfortable, and well looked after, with a relaxed, lived-in feel. The available room is currently furnished with a double bed, bedside table, a good-size wardrobe, and two bookcases. However, I’m very flexible and happy to remove the furniture if you’d prefer to bring your own.
You’ll have access to a separate bathroom, which will mainly be for your use, though it may occasionally be shared if guests are visiting.
The kitchen and living areas are spacious and shared. The kitchen is well-sized and practical, and there’s a large dining table ideal for meals, working from home, or having friends over. The living room is comfortable and inviting, with a large TV and a spacious couch. All common areas are fully furnished and ready to enjoy.
The house is low maintenance overall, including the garden, making day-to-day living easy.
Transport access is excellent. The home is just a 3-minute drive to Rockbank Train Station and a 4-minute walk to the 444 bus, which takes you to Rockbank Station in approximately 8 minutes.

About the flatmates
You’ll be living only with me. I work full-time, splitting my week between working from home and being in the office, so the house is generally calm and quiet. I’m easy-going, clean, and respectful of shared spaces, and I’ve lived in multiple shared houses before — so I understand what makes a good and comfortable share arrangement.
I’m ideally looking for someone who wants to stay long-term and treat the place as their home rather than a short-term stopover. You’ll also be sharing the home with a very friendly cat, so it’s important that you’re comfortable with pets.
