We are looking for a professional, respectful and tidy housemate to share our 3 bedroom mostly fully furnished house. Full time worker only please.

You would be sharing with 2 x young men who stick to themselves yet create a friendly vibe. 1 x shiftwork.

The house is beautifully located on Monument Hill with gorgeous sunrises over Albury.

Central to the centre of Albury.

Near Nail Can Hill Trail if your a keen outdoors person.

There is a large open living space for chilling and deck to enjoy.

All bills are shared 3 ways: gas, electricity and internet.
Bond is 4 weeks rent and rent is paid every 2 weeks.
