This four-bedroom house is excellently presented, with brand-new carpet, beds/bed heads, lounge suites, dining table, blinds and ceiling fans. Also included are brand-new cutlery, crockery, cooking/baking kitchenware and other extra kitchen appliances. The master bedroom/ensuite is presently occupied by a friendly, clean and tidy tenant.
One of the bedrooms is $230 per week - it has a beautiful view of the local park out of the large floor to ceiling windows, which can be fully opened to allow fresh air to circulate. A retractable insect screen adds to the luxury of this room. It also has an inbuilt desk, including a desk chair. This bedroom is now also occupied by another friendly, clean and tidy tenant.
The other two bedrooms are available, also very comfortable and are $200 per week. They can be provided with a new desk/chair at your request at no further expense.
There are two bathrooms (one being the ensuite). The second bathroom has both a shower and a bath. There are three toilets, one being a powder room.
The two living rooms each include new large, wall-mounted televisions.

The house has a fully, professionally landscaped garden with an automatic watering system, including full weekly maintenance. This means that you get to enjoy the view without lifting a finger.
The front door has a newly installed security insect screen.
There is also garage space for two vehicles at $25 per week per vehicle, which is now occupied by our two tenants. However, there is plenty of on-street parking.
A few minutes drive to Coltman Plaza - Lucas shopping centre and a few minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. Alfredton is a five-minute drive to Lake Wendouree and the city centre of Ballarat.
