What I’m looking for:
- A clean house mate who is happy to help contribute with general house keeping and maintenance.

- Someone who has consistent work (preferably full time) and has an ability to pay rent/bills on time.

- Someone who has respect for the household/neighbours and who doesn’t want to bring a party home (no drugs and an occasional drinking household)

- Pets need an application and discussion as to care, the space is too small for a dog.

- Someone who is happy to have a yarn here and there and maybe a meal.

- Someone to vibe with overall and hopefully a friend. Not fussed with age only maturity and mutual respect.
