Hi, my name is Cheyanna. I am moving to study Law/Arts at Armidale UNE this year commencing late February from living in Tamworth my whole life. I have no support in Armidale and am hoping to make a friend I can rely on. I have acquired a top story unit that is $400 p/w and wanting to split 50/50. I’m hoping to go 50/50 in internet and electricity, water is covered in rent. I am kind of a clean freak and very organised, love the gym and very quite, some would say antisocial. The property should be available by Friday 30th January as it is getting professionally cleaned this week. I won’t be able to afford it on my own. I’ll be working part time and studying part time and I am hoping to pick up a second job when I get there. I still haven’t paid the bond or signed anything. The second bedroom (your room) will only be able to fit a single bed although has a whole wall of built in robes (I don’t have any photos of this room). I am also happy to switch rooms if you need the larger room although I only have a double bed. The whole unit will be unfurnished so you will have to have ur own stuff. Bathroom is combined with the laundry and doesn’t have a washing machine. No dishwasher but more than happy to discuss jobs/roles in the unit such as cooking, dishwashing ect. Only 1 car garage but plenty of on site outside parking. Help, I need someone ASAP!
