There is a fully furnished office space, 1 main living area, and an outside undercover living area on the deck with a tv and furniture. Shared access to the second bathroom and toilet. Property backs onto huge parkland with back gate access.

Ideally looking for young professionals, students, people on working holidays, backpackers and short term stayers of similar age. But open to anything, if we’re the right fit.

I’m Taylor, the 31yo (male) owner of the house and I’ve lived here since building in 2020. I’m a full time primary teacher working in the local area from Mon-Fri.
I enjoy any sport, going to the gym, playing guitar/music and catching up with friends and family.
I’m very easy going, up for a chat and accepting of other’s space, but I do enjoy a quiet space at home.
Looking for people with a respectful nature and similar mindset to my own. Considerate of the fact that it is my house and all my belongings that you’ll be sharing.
I am always respectful of my housemate’s need for space and privacy. I’m someone who’ll go out and see friends and family, rather than have people over all the time. So I’d love for that to be reciprocated where possible.
I’m very neat and tidy and the house is always spotlessly clean, so you’ll need to clean up after yourself at all times.
House is fully furnished (including spare bedrooms), but can be flexible.
Very accomodating for people backpacking or having short stays. I’ll happily show you around and support you with anything Australia while you’re passing through.
I’ve been lucky enough to have had some amazing short term and longer term tenants (both male and female) over the last couple of years, from all over the world. I pride myself on making your space as comfortable and as cruisey as possible.
