Master Bedroom - $290 per week + $30 bills per person (flat rate) - includes gas, electricity, internet, water, etc!
A spacious master bedroom with plenty of room for a king bed, a dresser and desk if needed. The room has a large walk through wardrobe which takes you through to a spacious ensuite with toilet, shower and vanity with storage. ** please note that the photos show a furnished bedroom which will be empty upon your arrival.
The house also contains:
- 2 living areas
- A large open plan kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, oven etc), dining, and living space with large flat screen TV
- A separate laundry
- Central heating and split system
- A medium sized grassy backyard with outdoor shower, a shaded area and plenty of room to laze in the sun.

About the flatmates
Hi! I am looking for a new housemate in this well-located and furnished 4 bed house in Armstrong Creek!
You will also be living with Tom and Sam who are laid back guys in their late 20s who work full time (Electrician and Accountant) and enjoy hobbies across the surf coast!
I will be in and out of the house, but there will likely be weeks on end when I’m not in the house while staying with my fiancé Clare who lives in the Melbourne as work requires us to be in the CBD a lot of the time (I work at ANZ and Clare for the NDIS). We are easy going people who like heading to the beach, going camping, hanging with friends, cooking and playing board games.
I am looking for a housemate(s) who are tidy and respectful of other housemates. The house has a friendly and chill atmosphere and we are all very respectful of each other's space :)
We will consider pets.
If you would like to come inspect and meet everyone you are more than welcome.
We would be happy to consider a couple for $325 per week plus bills per person.
