Thanks for checking out this awesome home I have to offer. Please note I’ll be keeping a limit on the number of people living here so as it’s not crowded and flatmates are comfortable.
MAIN LOUNGE IN PICTURE HAS JUST HAD A MAKE OVER- NEW HUGE TV, FURNITURE ETC…so looks quite different in advertisement. The rumpus room has a new large TV as well and there is loads of space comfortable new seating, new carpet and the room has been decorated (looks different in pics. It has new and nice lighting and a door for if want privacy. The whole house has three living spaces. There’s a fully enclosed alfresco that is comfortably furnished, our door kitchen being built.

I’m a SUPER CHILLED KIND person, friendly, I’m always happy to socialise, as well as respect your privacy and appreciate we all need our own space too. It’s a priority for that the people that live are kind, friendly and respectful. I always ensure flatmates are comfortable and it’s great to have everyone getting a long. There’s one of three rooms you can choose from and they are separate from the rooms we stay in so it’s private.
brand new carpet throughout. . Beds have new mattress, and high quality mattress topper- bedding if needed.

Aircon in bedrooms indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit and a furnished alfresco that’s enclosed and can be easily opened up in summer, warmer days. also have a 7 month dog called Koa. He is a mid groodle, doesn’t drop fur and stays mainly outside, inside on his mat with me. He is a beautiful dog that loves everyone, is a service dog- trained and pretty quiet.
