About the property
I have a room available in a fully furnished 4 bedroom home, however the bedroom on offer is unfurnished to make your own. The bedroom has a large mirrored double wardrobe, and you will have the main bathroom basically to yourself with me up the other end of the house.
The house itself is light and bright, spacious but very cosy feeling, with lots a plants and natural light!
The second lounge is currently set up with my Pilates Reformer but that will be moved to the spare room once you’re here! There is a big undercover outdoor area, and the place has a huge pantry and double door fridge. Nice big double garage for off street secure parking as well.
The room is $300 per week (rent paid monthly) with a bond required to go on the lease. Bills are extra, usually around $50-$80 per week for water, gas, electricity and internet. Move in date is negotiable. If this sounds like your kind of place, I’d love for you to come by and check it out.

About the flatmates
This room is ideal for a single professional or student. You will be sharing with just myself - I’m 32 and work full-time in hospitality across day time and evening shifts. I usually work weekends so am not home a lot, but when I am I’m a total homebody who loves a calm, relaxing space, and I’d love for you to feel the same comfort here.
