About the property
The house is quite new, large living areas, 4 bedrooms plus a study. There’s ducted heating throughout, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and split system air con in the living areas.
Bedroom 2 is available (marked in purple on the floor plan).
We share most kitchen things- utensils, crockery, cutlery and have equal space in the fridge, pantry and cupboards. We have our own Tupperware/ plastics and saucepans but share most other things. We will need to buy another second hand fridge once there is a 4th housemate.
We want the space to feel comfortable, safe and cosy for all of us and would love someone who’s tidy, happy to contribute to the house, and spend time together every now and then 😊

About the flatmates
You’ll be living with Sierra and Amanda, 2 housemates in their mid- late twenties looking for someone around the same age to join their peaceful home in Armstrong Creek.
Amanda is an accountant and loves Pilates, spending time with friends and a sneaky drink after work on weekends.
Sierra is 26 currently works in hospitality and retail and is about to
start studying medical imaging. In her spare time she loves walks/hikes, the beach, colouring in and sitcoms.
Jess is 26 and works in HR/business support. In her spare time she’s either at the gym or at home cuddling her cat Doug.
The house is quiet and warm, everyone making sure to respect each others space and privacy but still have a chat and enjoy each others company from time to time.
The house will be partially furnished so if you have any pieces you’d like to share, it would be more than welcome. Your bedroom is unfurnished.
We would ideally like another woman or nonbinary person. No couples please. No pets sorry as Doug needs to be an only cat/pet.
