Your room is at the opposite end to the house to Perry and mine at the front of the house with the ensuite. You have a spare room beside you that is not used for anything in particular. You would have your own bathroom and toilet straight across the hall.
Full wardrobe access, bathroom storage and additional garage storage if you needed it.
Our house is an amazing cosy size and has complete furnishings outside the room, we are happy to share our kitchen items and there will be space for you in the pantry and fridge.
The house is in an ideal location, great distance to Torquay, Barwon Heads and Geelong, super quick and easy to get on to the ring-road.

About the flatmates
Perry and I are looking for a friendly, responsible, easy-going housemate to join us in our home. Perry works in construction and has a lot of hobbies, so his schedule can be busy but he values a relaxed living environment. I am a nanny who can work all kinds of hours. We love to travel and both work away so our house can be very quiet at times. We have two lovely dogs who are part of our family. Meg is our black Kelpie she’s super well behaved and loves pats. She’s both an inside and outside dog, happy to chill wherever you are. Our second dog is a black Lab/Kelpie mix, full of energy and great company. Our dogs are funny, friendly and the best (a bit of bias) but we encourage setting boundaries with them, they are personal space invaders.
