We are looking a FEMALE only roommate/border, we are quite clean and tidy and non-smoker/drinker. I work most days and my daughter full time student.
You will be sharing bathroom, activity room. There are 2 large bedrooms with fully furnished furniture to chose from ( Queen Bed Suite ) Build in wardrobe. You have a large fridge/freezer to use at the alfresco . It is quite safe area and highly sought after Estate with so much more to offer of convenience.
It’s a large new modern home with ample spaces and large backyards. We have 1 pet (Sheltie) dog. We are close/ just walking distance to all amenities (Woolis, new Pub, pharmacy etc ) also bus stops, it’s a convenient place/street. A couple minutes distance drive to Eaton Fair Shopping Centre.
We are looking for the right candidate house mate /border who is mature clean and tidy, and who knows how to respect our home and privacy. Non -smoking, NO Illicit drugs , working full time or study.
