I’m a single bloke 74 y o fit and healthy retired and working part time. My choice of occupants are middle aged working lady, Caucasian non smoking social drinker, no pets or kids.
I’m fairly laid back and usually gone a couple of nights a week.
Pretty quiet around here, nice.
I have my own meals sorted, good sized fridge and freezer and kitchen available. No pets please.
