We have two rooms available in a clean, calm, and respectful home. This space is best suited to someone who values a peaceful living environment and is considerate of others.
About the household:
I am personally sober and live a health- and fitness-focused lifestyle
My partner works part-time and studies full-time, so the house needs to remain quiet and respectful
You do not need to be sober, however this is not a party house
No partying, carrying on, or disruptive behaviour — this is non-negotiable
The space:
Both bedrooms have access to a shared living area with TV and couch
Shared kitchen, fully equipped with all utensils, fridge, and appliances
The two spare rooms share access to the main bathroom and laundry
Laundry includes a washing machine and dryer
Other important info:
We have two dogs, so you must genuinely like animals and be comfortable living with them
The dogs are part of the household and will be around daily
We’re looking for someone who is:
Respectful, reliable, and clean
Comfortable in a quiet household
Mindful of shared spaces and routines
