I am looking for 1 or 2 others to share this amazing property with which I will be viewing on the 28th who I have had correspondence with the landlord and everything seems idyllic.
It’s for the whole property & rent would be split between us.

Our spacious, centrally located apartment is ideal beachside living. Our place comes fully furnished with quality furniture (sofas, bed frames + mattresses, shelving, art, tv, crockery, utensils etc).
On your doorstep - Avoca beach, surf club, cinema, restaurants, cafes all within 100m.
Flooded with natural light throughout the day, the apartment’s east-facing aspect captures the sunrise and morning glow across the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. The relaxed living space flows onto a large wrap around balcony with ocean views - perfect for your morning coffee or sunset drinks.
A fully equipped modern kitchen provides everything you need to cook and entertain with ease. The balcony also has a BBQ.
There are three comfortable bedrooms:
Master bedroom: Large room with a queen bed, built-in wardrobe.
Second bedroom: Medium-sized with a queen bed and built-in wardrobe.
Third bedroom: Fitted with single bunk beds, ideal for children or extra guests.
A modern bathroom includes both a shower and bathtub, and a built in laundry (including washer and dryer).
