We have one room available; Queen bed private, available from 9th April, preferencing a person/2 people wanting to stay for 6 months or more.

Ideally looking for working professionals, locums, people on a WHV or backpackers. To avoid overcrowding, we limit the number of rooms with two occupants in the house. We will preference people who can move in 9/4.

The weekly amount INCLUDES all bills like electricity, water, gas and unlimited wifi. We also have a gardener who will mow the lawns for us.

Please note: we haven't been able to update the photos yet as we have been full for a while, but we have recently done a full renovation on the bathroom and have a second toilet.

Our home is a simple yet comfortable house in Bairnsdale CBD. Painted in 2020 and at that time we also put in new carpets and curtains. We renovated the shower in December 2024. Fully furnished with linen and a fully stocked kitchen. All bills included (water, electricity, gas and unlimited wifi).

There is a free washing machine - you have to buy your own washing powder and cleaning products and contribute to the cleaning of the house.

The great thing about living here is it's centrally located right in the heart of Bairnsdale CBD, short stroll to the shops, train station, cafe's, pubs etc. Lots of parking spaces (on the property as well as free on street parking). The bedroom advertised has a queen bed. This room has a build in robe, side desk tables, oil heater, fan and tall boy with mirror. It’s the biggest room in the house.

2-week bond and 2-week rent required upon move in date.

About us: we are young professionals living/working in Bairnsdale. You’d be sharing the communal spaces with an international household; WHV holders from Chile, Thailand, Czech and Malaysia, mostly completing their regional work, working full-time (some day shift some night shift). We mostly keep to ourselves but do say hello or have a dinner together for birthdays and things like that. Looking to rent one of the four rooms. Ideally international working professionals looking for temporary accommodation, people completing their 88 days.

Looking for like-minded people; clean, hardworking and independent flatmates. Everyone needs to chip in keeping the house clean and also split expenses like toilet paper, cleaning products etc. Our place suits independent guests who can live on their own and self manage their stay. As with any share house, the flatmates split expenses like toilet paper, bin bags, cleaning products etc. There is a cleaning roster in place.
