I have a cute 3 bedroom house with one room for rent! (other room is a spare as it is quite small)
The room has it's own bathroom with a bath and toilet. It's not quite an ensuite, but they are all yours as my bedroom does have an ensuite.
The house has a garage and parking within the complex it is located in. Located approx. 5-8 minutes from city center of Ballarat.
I work 9-5 Monday - Friday however am home during my lunch break! I am super easy going, friendly and would love to make a friend out of a housemate :)

It is just myself living in the property, with my boyfriend occasionally coming to stay as well. I work full time in an office job, so in my spare time I love going to the gym, or going exploring to the beach or on a hike! I am looking ideally for another girl in her early 20's who can help me keep the place neat and tidy, as well as have the same easy going mindset as myself.
