The unit is situated at the back of a small block of 3 and has off street parking at the front door. It is located in central Ballina in a quiet safe neighbourhood. It comes fully furnished and all bills are included in the rent (water, electricity and internet). I also take care of the yard and all cleaning. I am only looking for someone who is working fulltime. Unfortunately the place is not suitable for couples, pets or smokers.
