About the property
The house is located in a quiet street in central Ballina, a 2 min drive or 5 minute walk to the supermarket. It has 3 large bedrooms, one of which would be kept as a spare for guests etc. There is a bright open plan living area and a single bathroom that would be shared by all of us. The house is fully furnished and the room can be partially furnished with a bed and bedside or unfurnished. There is a large undercover outdoor area and a lush grassy backyard.
Bills are not included but are about $25 a week (water, electricity, wi-fi)

About the flatmates
We are a Hannah, Ben and Teddy - a couple in our early 30s and a senile silky terrier. We both work full time Monday-Friday and gym, climb and pub trivia (poorly) after work during the week. We are early to bed and early risers, so someone on a similar schedule would be ideal. On weekends we love getting outside whether it be in the garden, hiking, bike riding or by the ocean.
We are looking for a housemate who is respectful, clean and ultimately who would become a friend and not just a stranger down the hall. We keep a clean and tidy home and would love someone who is proactive in doing the same. We aren’t big drinkers and prefer cozy nights in with friends over going out.
The right person must be working (not from home) and definitely not a smoker. Our dog doesn’t get on with other dogs in his old age and I am allergic to cats so no pets, sorry!
