About the flatmates
Hey my partner and I are looking for a house mate, its a Large house with multiple living areas and a large yard.. located around the corner from the shopping centres, couple hundred metres too the river in a quiet secluded street, next to large tree lined soccer fields..
350 is for one room and the front living area will be exclusively yours and the back will be ours.. the third bedroom will be left free. The kitchen will be fully kitted out with a dining table , but the front living room and bed room will be unfurnished.
Strictly non smoking cigarettes and no vapes.
Please let us know abit about yourself (age , where your from , employment, schedule, interests/ hobbies etc from there we will make abit of shortlist and be in contact !
We are in our thirtys, out going , surf and live healthy active lifestyles.
Must be clean and organised preferably a working professional that is long term in the area.
