About the property
I've just signed the lease and move in on 3 Feb and looking for a housemate or two. It's 3 bed 2 bathroom home in Ballina and would be setting up a fresh share house! I'm planning on furnishing it but I don't have much at the moment so if you had any there's most likely space for it :)
The total lease is $750 and so room price would vary depending on how many people were living there. I've based the room prices on the ad from Splitwise's calculator but would want to discuss so everyone was happy first.
The two rooms available share a main bathroom. My room has the ensuite.
In terms of location it's super close to the river, shops, hospital, and is close driving to Lennox, Byron, and Lismore.
I'm keen on setting up a good share house where it feels like home for everyone, not someone living in my spare room. You'd be added to the lease so you'd have have to apply to the real estate, but get the security of being a tenant over subletting.
