Spacious unfurnished king-sized room in a renovated home. Includes lockup garage for a small-medium sized car or storage. Room is well lit with 3 windows, high ceilings, polished floorboards, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom/laundry is a semi shared space, as there is a 2nd shower and toilet adjoining my treatment room.
Household essentials are already here, yet there is space for you to add your own belongings. Plenty of cupboard space in the linen, bathroom, laundry, and kitchen cupboards.
Home is walking distance to main street, shops, cafes, transport, sporting fields, and gyms. Bike ride or short drive to North Wall/Beach.
I lease privately; the owners are very relaxed but require you to sign a lease agreement and pay an upfront bond. Rent includes internet, water, and lawn maintenance, but electricity is NOT included.

About the flatmates
39 year-old woman, working from home as an allied health professional and also work elsewhere 3 days a week. I value a clean, tidy, and respectful home, and a quiet environment when I have patients here, though they do not come through the house, that is our space.
I like to have an active lifestyle, regularly practice yoga and go for walks. The rest of my activities totally depend on the season and how busy I am, but I love scuba and free diving, working on small projects, meal prepping, and a movie night.
Socially, I only drink for occasions these days. On rare occasions I have friends visit for a night on the weekend, but I will be sure to run it by you first. Generally, I socialise outside the home.
I am someone who loves to balance my focus and professional life with relaxation and a laugh.
