This space would suit a clean, tidy and respectful working individual or couple, who are not looking for a party house, as it is a lovely, private quiet neighbourhood. I like to get outdoors, in the ocean outside of work, enjoy sharing a beer or glass of wine from time to time and also like my own space. Price includes internet.
