Our home is located up on the hill in a culdesac. Quiet street.
Smokefree, drug free & drama free home-
‘A shared space’ downstairs in our home- contains your own large room at the front of the house with your very own access through a sliding door directly to your room. Can park near your room.
A small seating outdoor area just outside your room (front of house).
You and one other housemate will share the bathroom & loungeroom which consists of a lounge, TV &a fridge. (2nd loungearea pictured)
The lounge area is barely used by the other roommate.…. Some communal items supplied (all kitchen supplies upstairs in kitchen & bathroom needs other than personal bathing supplies) eg. Toilet paper, hand wash etc. supplied.
It’s Important that you don’t mind dogs inside (in our space) (clean/friendly & that you are also accomodating of our toddler- all that have so much love to give 😀. And we always attempt to be mindful of other housemates with our toddler running around (appropriate times 8am-8pm)

About the flatmates
Myself and my partner are in our late 30’s/early 40’s. Pretty chilled people who try to live a simple but adventurous life.
We’ve adjusted to life with a child and now feel ready to rent out our rooms for the right people.
Quite an independent area downstairs, however, the kitchen is upstairs for your use.
We are very open with communication and will certainly make you feel welcomed. We are very approachable & expect the same in return. We like a clean home & maintain the golden rule of everyone cleans up after themself (in thought that someone will be using the space after you)
We’ve both travelled and so enjoy sharing stories and getting to know others but we also love our own space esp. now that we are a small family of our own
