My home is a clean, tidy, light, bright, elevated and is a happy space. Living areas are spacious.
The house is fully furnished and the kitchen fully equipped.
Bedroom is clean, tidy and fully furnished, with Queen bed, spacious built in wardrobe with shelves and hanging space.
Linen is supplied and bath towels are available for use.
Bedroom has a large window and ceiling fan.
Bathroom is kept clean at all times and has shower and bath. Separate toilet.
There is an outside dining area undercover, poolside with ceiling fan and BBQ.
A large front balcony off lounge area faces west over the mountains and captures awesome sunsets!
Swimming pool is heated which is very pleasant at night.
Air con reverse cycle in main lounge area.
Ceiling fans throughout the house and in your bedroom.
Fully furnished, adequate storage - clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable.
Bus stop and Banora shopping village close by.
This is not a party house. Non-smokers only thank you.
My expectation is that you will be prepared to keep the kitchen, your room, your bathroom and the house areas that you use tidy and clean.
Parking can be up driveway off street but no garage parking available.
No pets sorry, as I have a lovely little cat already and a visiting friendly happy small dog on occasions.
Close to Tweed Valley Hospital, Kingscliff, Cudgen, Coolangatta, and Gold Coast Airport. All within a 10-minute drive.
$320 per week includes all bills, including internet wifi, Netflix, electricity, and water usage.
Available Feb 1 to Feb 22.
Available March 23 onwards.

Hey there,
I am looking for a respectful, honest, kind, considerate, courteous, tidy person to share my home on a short term basis.
Preference is given to full time workers, outside of the house. You must be gainfully employed and not reliant on Centrelink support. This is a strict condition that must be complied with.
International visitors/travelers welcome.
You must be willing pay your rent in cash at least 1 - 2 weeks in advance.
I would like a happy, friendly person, who wants a comfortable, clean, tidy pleasant space to live to apply.
