This is a private rental — the home is owned by a friend of mine and will be rented directly to us.

My daughter and I will be in the master bedroom with ensuite, and the two remaining bedrooms are available. All rooms have a built in closet and ceiling fan. The home’s bedrooms are now floorboarded (photos are old and show carpet). There’s air-conditioning in the dining area. The main bathroom (with a bathtub) is for use by the people who occupy the two available rooms. The house will be furnished different from the photos. My move in date is the same as yours. See the last photo for the floor plan. There are tenants currently living in the house so we aren't able to do viewings unfortunately.

I have senior cats, so unfortunately no other pets can be approved. They’re very sweet and will mostly be in my room or outside in a secure, netted area I’ll set up for them. I’m actually allergic to cats (ironic, I know!), so I keep things extremely clean and fur-free — cleanliness is a must in this home.

I’m currently taking time off work to focus on my daughter, so I’m home most of the time for now. Because of that, I’m really hoping to find kind, considerate and family friendly housemates — ideally a couple or single parent (with or without a child) who want to rent both rooms, but I’m open to the right fit. Non-smokers preferred.
