The house is just a couple of minutes off the highway, a 10 minute drive into the centre of Kingscliff and a 10 minute drive to Gold Coast airport.
The house has a pool and outdoor space. Common areas are furnished and shared, including clean and functional kitchen and living spaces.
The available room is highlighted and shown in the photos. If you’re seeking a larger space, I’m open to offering the rumpus room instead (higher rent to be considered). The room will be available from 31 January 2026 to mid-May (approx. 3.5 months) per my current lease, with likely option to extend.
The available room shares a bathroom (kept clean and tidy). There’s good natural light throughout the house, and it’s set up to be comfortable for day-to-day living rather than a party house.
The property is suited to someone who enjoys a calm, easygoing home and is happy to share spaces considerately.
Rent is $340 per week, plus $60 per week for water, home internet, pool maintenance and garden maintenance. Electricity will be shared based on usage.

About the flatmates
I’m a 37-year-old working professional who splits the week between working from home and commuting to Brisbane. I also travel interstate from time to time, both for work and fun.
I’m an early riser and tend to keep a calm, peaceful home. I’m usually off to the gym or for a beach walk in the mornings, and I’m mindful about keeping noise low and shared spaces comfortable. I’m environmentally conscious, clean and tidy, and appreciate a home that feels relaxed, respectful, and well looked after.
Outside of work I practice yoga regularly, dance once or twice a week, spend time with friends and love getting away when I can, whether that’s locally or further afield.
I have a friendly dog, Bobby - a five year old Australian Shepherd. When I’m in Brisbane or travelling, he’s cared for elsewhere and isn’t left at the house.
Originally from the UK, I moved to Australia in 2009 and have called the Northern Rivers home for the past five years.
