About the property
Welcome to our jungle surf house!!
We are both surfers, gym regularly, generally quite active and spend a lot of time out of the house usually down at the beach. We are looking for someone ideally with a similar lifestyle (i.e. active, up early, has fun hobbies or interests), someone with full-time work or study of a similar age (late twenties - thirties) ideally male but open to the right person. Plenty of space to store your boards!
One bedroom is up for rent, the room fits a queen bed with space for a desk. It has built in wardrobe with shelves and some hanging space, a big north facing window, block out blinds and ducted air con.
The house is on a quarter of an acre - plenty of outdoor spaces to hang out and a big veggie garden (currently mostly unused and ready for your next crop!). Great views down towards kingy.
Inside is a large shared bathroom (newly renovated) open plan living with plenty of pantry and fridge space. Netflix etc on the tele and air con throughout the house. All appliances are in the house will just need to furnish your room.
Outside we have a brekkie bar on the balcony which our resident magpie family visit (plus some other funky animals).
We are very lucky to live on a street where we know all our neighbours and have great relationships with them the area is safe and plenty of places to walk run or ride around.
There is a coffee shop near by that does beers and pizzas over the weekend.
Ten minutes from all the surf sports, ten from the airport/uni to.

About the flatmates
My partner and I purchased the property a few years ago and sadly our current long term flatmate will be moving out soon. She has been a great fit and as such we are happy to take our time to make sure we find the right person.
I work hybridly between an office in Kirra and sometimes from home, my partner works away week on and off. We are very active, up early and usually out and about most days. We both gym locally and surf around the coast, into a bit of fishing and camping too. Both in our early thirties. We travel alot and can sometimes be away from the house for a few weeks at a time.
As we are the owners there is no expectation on yard or maintenance work that might need to happen but we do expect you to be clean.
