Offering a standard queen sized room in my 3 bedroom house in East Banora, sharing a bathroom with 27yo Georgina.
Overlooking the riverside jungle we only have trees in our view and no cars as it's the end of the street. My friends laugh how quiet this house is compared to the rest of the gold coast, the loudest noise will be the birds in the morning!
All the surrounding gardens I planted myself, so it's a bonus if you're into gardening and veggies!
Ive also built a sauna and made an ice bath setup which would be yours to use as well.

This is very much a hidden gem yet still 1 minute to the freeway and 5 minutes to Fingal beach.

While It's not walking distance to shops or bars etc it is a cosy home surrounded by nature and serenity, so if partying and going out every night is your thing this probly isn't for you.
