I have on offer a room in a beautiful brand new home. I am advertising on behalf of my 2 teenage daughters who are current tenants in the house.
The house is situated in a lovely quiet neighbourhood in a newly developed estate. A supermarket, BP and other services are within a minutes drive. It is fully furnished, and features ducted heating and cooling for your comfort. You will have your own bedroom which is furnished with a double bed, BIW, bedside table and lamp. The main bathroom will be shared.
We are looking for a young female,clean and respectful individual who will treat the house as their own. We would prefer a working professional or student. No pets or couples allowed.
