Located in a quiet street surrounded by bushland and wildlife, the home offers multiple living areas, split-system air conditioning in shared spaces, and a cosy slow-combustion fireplace.
Female preferred, ideally looking for a long-term arrangement. This is a calm, respectful household and would suit someone clean, responsible, employed, and easy to get along with. It’s a relaxed home rather than a party house, as my child also lives here.
Non-smokers preferred (outdoor smoking may be considered). Pets may be considered, with a meet-and-greet required to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
