The house is located on a fairly quiet street so there is minimal traffic noise. The home has lots of natural lighting and 2 big open spaces to relax in, including a sunroom! The house is pretty much fully furnished, all you would need is your bedroom furniture (bed, mattress, bedside table). We have air conditioning in the two living areas and fans in the kitchen and living room.
We live a 5 min drive from the beach and 2 mins from the shops. The house has lots of natural lighting and 2 big living areas to relax in!

About the flatmates
I am a fulltime dancer/pilates instructor on the central coast. I usually live In the house with my girlfriend and one other roommate, all of which are dancers. In our house we love crafts, cooking and going to the beach!
We currently have one room who we are looking for someone who is quiet, clean and put together! We would love a new addition to our home looking forward to finding them!
