You’ll have a downstairs part of our home to make your own with a spacious living area, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette all to yourself for just $350 a week.
The room/area is unfurnished but you will also have internal access to the rest of the house with an external laundry and garage storage space if needed. Ample storage is also available within the space. There is a small entertaining area and clothesline accessible from your area.
On-street parking, on a quiet street with separate external access to your space, meaning you can come and go without seeing anyone else.
We are looking for someone long-term (6 months+) who is reliable and tidy. We are by no means a party house, as we are all working professionals with busy lives outside of work, however, we do socialise together from time to time, enjoying drinks, cheeseboard and a hang out on our beautiful deck.
Bills are not included but remain relatively cheap, divided equally between all housemates. Bond $800 and is divided evenly between us.
House is located less than 5 minutes from Bateau By Square, 10 minutes from Terrigal and about 20 minutes from Erina.
No pets, no couples (as we are limited on our lease to house capacity), strictly NO smokers and must be able to undergo real estate agent checks.
The space is available from the February 8.

About the flatmates
We are a group of four females who work full time or study, working in the healthcare, social work and education sectors including one shift worker.
We are all in our mid-20s and lead busy, active lifestyles. During the week we work, but on weekends you can catch us out and about all over the Central Coast or studying hard.
We are tidy and very easygoing. We are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, who is reliable and ideally a similar age to us. We will respect the downstairs as your space completely and we'd love if you came and hung out with us!
We are also by no means a party house. However, we do from time to time (and schedules allowing it) get together for a drink and a laugh.
