I’m a young professional, working and studying full time, and I’m looking for a third housemate in a similar stage of life, ideally someone who values a quiet, respectful, and study-friendly home.
I built the house a few years ago and am simply renting out the spare rooms as I have the space.
There is one other renter in the house who is also study and work-focused.
I also have two very friendly indoor cats 🐈⬛🐈, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with pets.
This home is best suited to someone tidy, considerate, and independent — not a party house but love a Friday wine down 🥂 .
