Hi there!

My boyfriend Alex, dog Leo and I are looking for a housemate 😊

It is a 4 bedroom home in the Huntingdale estate, with one room being taken up by us, 1 by my housemate Jay and another as an office by Alex a fews days a week when he works from home.

You will have a shared bathroom and toilet with Jay, with the toilet being separate from the bathroom.

It is a modern home with a gas fireplace, home gym, dual swim spa and fire pit. Rental length is for 6 months with the potential for longer if the dynamics works out. The rooms is furnished.

Rent is not including bills so would be split four ways. I have solar panels and the gas is only for the fireplace so usually only needed in the cooler months.

A bit about us: I'm 34, work full time plus do a second job for a catering company that I usually do on Friday/Saturday nights, enjoy beach walks, surfing and social things with my friends and family. I have a Kelpie/border collie dog who is an inside/outside dog but is super chill and the laziest working dog I've ever met! So basically I'm pretty busy and not home too much. Alex is 35, easy going, works 2-3 days in the office up in Sydney (stays overnight) and the remaining from home, is very active and likes the outdoors/beach. Jay is 28, works full-time, is easy going and goes up to Sydney from Fri- sun every week.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful of shared spaces, works full time, friendly, easy going, love dogs, non-smoker and pays their rent/bills on time.
