The apartment itself has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate laundry and the kitchen is sperate from the lounge and dinning.
Off the lounge is a long balcony.
The living and dinning area has a pretty good space so it doesn't have a squishy or tight feel about it.
The bedrooms do not share a common wall which is also nice for privacy.
The bedroom for rent is a pretty good size and easily fits a queen size bed, it's currently got one in there but it can be taken away.
There's also a large built in wardrobe.
The electricity, water and internet bill would be split evenly.
