We have the master bedroom available which has its own access straight on to our massive deck, brand new ensuite WIR, fast internet and a new aircon, $300/week bills included. Not available for a couple.

The house is a big 5 bedroom house.
There is a self contained room downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs.
I have recently put a massive deck that wraps around the front that you can't see properly in any of the pictures as the pictures were taken before it.

A bit about you- I'd like someone 30-40 M/F doesn't matter, non-smoker, independent, employed or studying.
Must be ok children in the house as my kids (aged 7 & 5) are with me 3 nights a week.
We also have two dogs.

About me I am 37 Male, I work Mon-Fri.
You will see me early in the morning or in the arvos after-work.
I like to keep to myself and just do my thing and generally value my health and clean living.

Ray is 40 and lives down stairs hes very active and laid back.
