About the flatmates
I am in my early 50s and work p/t. Have a small dog and cat . I am fairy tidy and independent. I live fairly quietly but enjoy company also. I have grandkids who visit semi regularly.
I am Looking for a mature or quiet house mate who is independent, working or studying and likes animals preferably. Probably would need a vehicle/bike but there is also a bus stop near by which is 5 min walk which takes you into Tweed Heads, connecting with other buses.
Prefer non smoker. Happy to have someone who is travelling or fifo worker.
The bedroom for rent there is bench space with possibility to put a small fridge. The room is large and has separate access. Bathroom, kitchen and lounge etc are upstairs.
I Can organize a wardrobe depending on what is needed. I have a couch that can be used/tv and there is space for a desk if you prefer own space. Internet provided.
The Room is cool in summer and a pool for a swim semi rural outlook. Close to supermarket, bakery and butcher 3 min drive. Under 10 minutes drive to Coolangatta and beaches.
