Upstairs in this private, three-bedroom, two-bathroom coastal home, all three bedrooms are available for rent. The downstairs is fully self-contained and privately occupied by a lovely couple — it is not shared.

Set on a hill, the house boasts amazing ocean views from the balcony, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms, along with cooling coastal breezes. The upstairs has good sized bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, a full kitchen with a gas cooktop, and open-plan living and dining with plenty of natural light. Step onto the balcony for your morning coffee, afternoon breeze, or sunset drinks.

Outside, enjoy shared access to a large swimming pool, spa tub, and lush tropical gardens with fruit trees — perfect all year round. Upkeep of the property, including lawns, garden, and pool, is shared between all tenants. The neighbourhood is relaxed and tucked away, with plenty of parking available. 1 garage space available for the ensuite bedroom.

Kirra Beach is just 10 minutes away, Tweed is 5 minutes down the road, Byron Bay 40 minutes, and Gold Coast Airport 15 minutes.
