Looking for a housemate to share a 4 bedder in Blacks beach. I work away 7:7 so you will essentially have the place to yourself for a week at a time. Would be perfect for someone on the opposite 7:7 but also not a requirement 😊.

The place is fully air conditioned and furnished including the essentials like washer/dryer etc. Your room is massive (the photo doesn’t do it justice) and can come with a double bed if required.

Pretty flexible in terms of living arrangements. Happy to make a second room available for you to use as an office space, storage, 2nd living area etc. Your space also includes your own bathroom/shower/toilet and garage space.

Awesome area. Walking distance to the beach and the pub. Very friendly street.
