There is a fenced small backyard but it isn't very secure in some places. And is mostly dirt.

I am a 28year old female working in healthcare full time. I am away for majority of the day and have weekends off. I gym most evenings so sometimes I'm not home until late. Not a party goer but don't mind a cheeky bevy here and there.
It is currently only myself living in this unit. And would only be looking at filling one other room.
