About the flatmates
Hello, The house is in the great location of Blairgowrie. You'll need a car here. Two of the three bedrooms will be yours. There is a common living area. I will be occupying the garage for my office, etc. So it's pretty sweet. The NBN is here too!! I am a single woman with 3 dogs. Sorry, we can't do anymore pets. Pretty much, most of the time, I am with my dogs. If I can't be here for the dogs, I will get a house sitter. I am 70 years old - but very active. I am not looking for a retiree. I am looking for someone who works mostly out of the house. Also, I am looking for someone who has a positive outlook - doesn't complain - and is a pleasure to know. No grumpy people allowed here. Also, while visitors are fine, no overnighters since there is only 1 bathroom. The neighborhood is wonderful.
