The house is on a large block with a great area out the back to relax in with a large pergola and BBQ. New Carports are being installed one out front of the largest room (RM 4) and the other out front of a double garage.
The house is cool in summer and very cozy and warm in winter with a wood heater. Bedrooms also have infrared panel heaters for additional heat if needed in winter and reversing ceiling fans, with blackout blinds/curtains to keep you cooler in the summer and warmth in winter.
The house is fully furnished, so no need to get your furniture, with each bedroom having a queen-sized bed, bedside table, lamp, and wardrobe.
Windows have blackout blinds for those who need to sleep during the day.
The kitchen is fully appointed.
There is a lovely garden outside with fruit trees and a small veggie garden.
The neighbourhood is quiet, with plenty of on-property and on-road parking.
Rent includes all costs, including room fee, electricity, gas, and internet (StarLink).
Short-term rentals (< 3 months) are at a higher rate comparable to AIRBNB rates of around $500 per week (due to the increased associated costs with short term rentals). 6 months or more leasing are at rates of between $250 and $350 per week, depending on room and if your a single or couple.
