Hi, my name is Shelley I am 33 years old single and looking for a housemate preferably female to share my new home. I tinker with renovations, gardening, and ride dirt bikes on the weekends. I have a medium/large dog who is inside/outside very friendly and we will accept pets provided they get along with him. Medium sized fully fenced backyard with extensive gardens and a little barbecue area. I’m reasonably new to Coffs and am a bit of a homebody and don’t go out that much. Not a big drinker other than the occasional wine, non smoker.
