I am 61 year old man and am a tenant landlord
I am looking to rent 2 rooms with main bathroom (note if other room is also rented to another tenant the bathroom is to be shared).
Room can be furnished or unfurnished with Double Beds available, in need.
There are two living areas and off street parking is available
Rent is $300 pw week each bedroom, utilities, internet, cable TV included.
