The home is setup for private room accommodation for females, with 2 of the 4 rooms having their own en-suite, and the other 2 housemates sharing a modern bathroom with seperate WC. The home has a modern common kitchen, living and alfresco areas on each Duplex.

The maximum number of housemates is 4 females.

The home is in a beautiful area of Bolwarra Heights, with rolling hills, and nice homes around it.

The quaint town of Lorn is a few minutes away, and it is only 5-10 mins from Maitland town centre. The house is fully air-conditioned, NBN WiFi and well insulated for acoustic comfort (all bedroom walls have extra insulation). Every bedroom has its own TV and desk/chair if needed. All utility bills are included in the rent, including WiFi. Security cameras are mounted to the front and back for your security.

Living here, you will have access to the local bus service (past the front door) and a short drive to all the major facilities of the area. During the past 12 months the bus service has proven unreliable so your own transport is recommended for emergencies (bus services can cancel at short notice due to driver issues).

We have a clear set of House Rules which we use to ensure your comfort and peace of mind are uppermost in enjoying your time with us.

Ample street parking is available outside the premises. The garages have now been leased by current tenants.
